Course Description Vocabulary, expression and language patterns used in front office services on welcoming guest checking in and checking out, telephoning, room reservation and restaurant, giving information, answering questions and dealing with complaints
Course Objectives Students will be able to
1. understand the structure, job characteristics and responsibilities of the front desk services,
2. use English language to reserve rooms through phone and email,
3. use English language to check in and check out and receive payment,
4. use English language to deal with complaints.
